In this episode of the CouchCast features an interview with Jack Hadley, founder of Cowork Utah, and also Founder at ClarityWorx.
One of the main differences in the concept of coworking, versus renting just an office, is the community and social aspect. Coworking encourages those who are members to work as a psuedo team. Sharing ideas, information and support. It’s not just an office.
Cowork Utah offers memberships from daily rates to complete office rental. The idea here is to be part of the environment, and not hide behind a door.
The first location is in Orem, Utah, with several other offices planned in the future. Mr. Hadley isn’t interested in getting rich off Cowork Utah. He is encouraging community participation, which he feels will pay the bills.
Most freelancers and solepreneurs like working on their own. and Cowork Utah’s facility make it easy to that. You also have access to high speed internet, conference rooms, breaks room, and the ability to collaborate.
