Larry Myler, CEO of Utah company More or Less, inc., and organizational performance consulting firm VitalSmarts asked 1,800 corporate leaders to identify the bottom-line behaviors that would make employees essential to their organizations.
Now, Myler distills what he learned for every employee and employer in his book, Indispensable By Monday, to be released on Feb 2nd, 2010.
Indispensable By Monday outlines the profit-producing behaviors that distinguish workers who add value from those who don’t, such as reducing company costs, increasing income, improving key processes, bringing back lost customers and more.
This concept was powerful enough that Myler pitched the book deal to the Wiley publishing company without any prior introduction, and in 10 minutes he had a book deal.
